Dancer, singer, actress, model, former Redskins Cheerleader and current Dance Coordinator for the Howard University Ooh La La! Dance Line, Khristena E. Marcus, is based in the DMV by way of New Haven, CT. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Howard University and started her professional dance career as a Washington Redskins Cheerleader upon graduation. She is a former dancer of MSA LA and a company member of Capitol Movement Inc. Dance Company. Khristena has performed around the world on military tours with Air force Entertainment (AFE) and USO Entertainment in countries including: India, various countries in Europe and Southeast Asia, Afghanistan, UAE, Oman, and in the Caribbean Islands. Khristena is a competitive aerial artist, fitness instructor, and entrepreneur, starting her own design company: Khristena E. Dancewear making custom performance costumes for dance teams and individuals.
